Today marks the start of Rosemount’s 15th anniversary edition of Australian Fashion Week. There has been a lot of fanfare in the lead up to the event, most notably the early exit of RAFW founder Simon Lock (as reported by Frockwriter, eight months before his contract was due to expire) and the confirmation of international bloggers The Satorialist, Jak & Jil, and Style Bubble taking front row. Judging by the schedule the week looks set to be interesting, with a lot of fringe labels defying anonymity and uncertainty with a runway debut. Naturally Canvas will cover the event’s most interesting content so look out for an endless week of fashion frivolity!
